 With 30 years of experience across finance, training, client experience, and technology-enabled operations, Amy is recognized for building accountable teams, simplifying processes, and improving service delivery at scale. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds Six Sigma Green Belt and CAFM certifications, reflecting her commitment to disciplined operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 Before joining Mike Albert, Amy spent 25 years at Quest Diagnostics, advancing through multiple leadership positions. Across her career, she has focused on turning operational complexity into repeatable, measurable performance—strengthening client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
