Keynote Speaker: John Possumato, CEO of DriveItAway

What do you do when a vehicle's residual value is higher than the actual cash value at the end of an estimated term? Park it? Liquidate at a loss? Keep it in service longer? The last alternative sometimes is the best, but many times isn't a practical alternative, as, traditionally, keeping a vehicle in service is not an available option. The new Ride-Sharing behemoths, Uber and Lyft, have changed all of that now, and present a perfect opportunity for remarketers to capitalize on this disruption. Many manufacturer captive finance companies are now working on, and some will soon roll out, programs to leverage and satisfy this new Ride-Share need. Hear about the way this is being done, the market strategy and tactics, to capitalize on this new opportunity for remarketers, a win for all.
