ADMITTANCE POLICY

To qualify for our operator rate, you must be an operator or dealer.  While we invite everyone to attend CAR 2018, consultants, suppliers or manufacturers must purchase a supplier pass or exhibit space to participate.  Weekly audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate rate has been selected.  Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will require additional payment and will be pending until payment is received. All attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up.

Please fill out one registration form for each person you are registering. By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on CAR and/or updates and promotional material sponsors. Full payment must accompany this form. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, mail or fax your registration form only once. Please do not register twice or you may be billed twice. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to conference management approval. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by CAR, c/o Custom Registration, Inc., 2001 E. Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 135, Arlington, TX  76011, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email: [email protected], no later than February 2, 2018. A $75 processing fee will be applied. Refund requests received after February 2, 2018 will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By attending CAR, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to CAR. You also authorize CAR to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
