Michelle Bray is Chief Privacy Officer and VP IP & Technology Counsel of KAR Global, responsible for safeguarding the data, information and intellectual property of KAR and its customers. In this role, she spearheaded the development and launch of KAR’s signature “Privacy Pam” training program. Bray began her career pioneering cases involving the use of trademarks and copyrights in cyberspace during the internet boom of the mid-90s.
