Richard Teerlink Former Chairman and CEO Harley-Davidson, Inc. Rich Teerlink is the retired chairman of Harley-Davidson. During his 18 years with Harley he served as chief financial officer, president, chief executive officer and chairman of the Board. He was appointed to the board of directors in 1982 and was part of the leadership team that led the revitalization of this American icon. In 1986, he helped guide the company back to public ownership and subsequently led the successful cultural transformation effort. Rich held key executive positions at Herman Miller, RTE Corporation, Union Special Corporation and MGD Graphic Systems. He started in the new Vehicle Ordering area, moved to the Maintenance Management Department, then to Used Vehicle Sales, where he became Manager, Director, and finally to his present position as Vice President of Vehicle Remarketing. Tony Moorby Principal Chattanooga Auto Auction Tony Moorby started in the retail car business in 1968 in the London area. He joined British Car Auctions in 1977 as Deputy Sales Director and in 1982, Tony came to the US with BCA to start Anglo American Auto Auctions - later ADT Automotive. After the sale of the company to ADESA and Manheim in 2000, he started own business in vehicle sales, transportation, preparation and retail and wholesale sales. Tony then took over the operation of Chattanooga Auto Auction after the demise of Acacia Automotive in 2010. He is in the halls of fame for the NIADA and the NAAA and, in England, a Fellow of the Motor Industry.

Charlie Mullen Vice-President ACE Rent A Car, Inc. Charlie has worked at ACE, continuously since being hired in from high school in 1971. He serves as the vice president of ACE Rent A Car, Inc., ACE Rent A Car Reservations System and JENBOB, Inc. She has been a chief financial officer/controller for various publicly-held companies, and has been in the financial services industry for over fifteen years. In 2009, Karen was recognized in Auto Remarketing Magazine’s inaugural Women in Remarketing feature, as one of 12 women throughout the nation who dedicated themselves to furthering the industry.

Tom Webb Chief Economist Manheim Tom Webb brings nearly 40 years of automotive experience to his role as Chief Economist for Manheim Consulting. Webb provides analysis of used car market activity based on data from Manheim’s auctions and associated businesses. A summary of his findings is published annually in Manheim’s Used Car Market Report. Prior to joining Manheim, Webb spent 26 years with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) where he served as a spokesman and analyst for the nation’s franchised new car dealers and specialized in dealership financial analysis.

Jim Yates President and CEO Alliance Inspection Management (AiM) Jim Yates founded Alliance Inspection Management in 2005 and serves as its president and CEO. AiM is a national independent third-party evaluator of new and used vehicles and provides wholesale audit services to the financial sector. Previously, Jim was director of remarketing for Nissan North America, responsible for the management and performance of the Nissan and Infiniti off-lease and fleet portfolio. At Nissan, he also held senior managerial positions in sales and marketing, strategic planning and corporate communications. Yates worked at Chrysler and Subaru of America prior to joining Nissan.
