How do I register?
There are 4 easy ways to register:

I registered and didn't get a confirmation.
If you register online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you sent in a registration form by fax, you should receive an email confirmation within two weeks to the email you provided on the form. In either case, if you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by a spam blocker. Please contact 817-635-0302 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.

Where do I get my badge?
Full Show Conference Badges will be mailed out approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. If you do not recieve your badge in the mail you can pick up your badge at show site, at the registration counter located in the foyer of the Forum Ballrooms, adjacent to the CAR Conference area. For confirmation of your registration you may call 817-635-0302 or 800-576-8788.

Why should I pre-register?
You must pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Discount Rate . If you register after January 15, 2010 you will be charged the regular rate. See the registration form for prices. Pre-registration will also streamline your registration approval and badge pick-up on-site.

Can I register at the show?
Of course! You may purchase any of the passes directly at show site. Please review all registrations policies before making your travel arrangements.

I registered and paid for CAR but I can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
Cancellations for the conference must be made in writing and must be postmarked before January 15, 2010 to qualify for a refund. NO REFUNDS be granted after the January 15, 2010 deadline date under any circumstances. Please forward your cancellation letter to: Email: webreg@customreg.com, Fax: 817-277-7616 ; CAR, c/o Custom Registration, Inc. 2020 E Randol Mill Rd Ste 307, Arlington, TX 76011. A $50.00 processing fee will be applied.

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?
Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon show management's discretion and are subject to a $75 transfer fee. Please fax over any changes to 817-277-7616.

What do I need to bring to the conference?
You must provide a business card and photo identification on-site for admittance into the conference. We recommend you bring a stack of business cards and a list of your show goals.

Where do I stay during the duration of the conference?
Caesars Palace is the headquarters for the Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR). Located right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip, Caesars Palace will host all CAR sessions and activities. Only attendees staying in the conferenced block are eligible for the Hotel Block Raffle drawings held during the show. More travel and raffle information can be found here. Book your hotels soon as they fill up quickly and discounts end February 1, 2010!

How far is the airport from the hotel?
It is a short cab ride away from the airport.

Where can I obtain a schedule of events?
An online program can be viewed by clicking here.

Can I bring my children to the conference?
CAR attendees must be 18 or older. The CAR Conference is not a family event and can be unsafe for children.

Can I bring my spouse to the conference?
YES. Spouses may attend the event and there is a special spouse pass available which allows your spouse to accompany you to the receptions and main networking functions. More information is available on the registration page.

What is the suggested dress attire?
During the conference dress attire is Business Casual
