The Conference of Automotive Remarketing is just a few days away! Here are a few tips and details for a successful and smooth show.
IARA Registration:
Tuesday, March 2, 2010 - 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday, March 2, 2010 - 7:00am - 1:00pm
CAR Registration:
Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - 7:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday, March 3, 2010 - 7:00am - 7:00pm
Don’t forget to print and pack your registration confirmation. Also, Full Show Badges were mailed out to early registrants, so be sure to check your mailbox for your pass and don’t forget to bring it with you! Registration is located in the East Promenade Foyer.
If you have yet to register, save yourself some times and download the onsite registration form from the website. Just print it, fill it out and bring it with you to the registration desk.
Schedule:
You will receive a complete show guide upon your arrival at the show, but you can take a look at the full schedule online now. Choose your sessions ahead of time and map out your plan of action.
NAAA Gala Featuring the Jersey Boys:
Don’t miss this exciting event! Be sure to RSVP for the Jersey Boys when you register for your full conference pass! The fun starts Wednesday, March 3rd at 7pm in the Octavius Ballroom 25. A CAR badge and gala ticket are both required to enter the gala. Dress code is business casual.
Hotel Block Raffle:
CAR attendees who booked their room in the official conference block are eligible for the Room Block Raffle. Winners will to be announced Wednesday, March 3rd at 2:20pm in the Forum Ballroom 25.
IARA Lunch:
Please be aware that the IARA lunch is first-come-first-serve. Get there early to secure your spot.
Other Tips:
Don’t forget your business cards!
Make a list of your show goals, the questions you want answered, and the people you want to meet.
Dress business casual for the conference and the NAAA Gala.
